My RTT Experience: A Journey of Healing, Purpose, and New Beginnings.

The very first time I truly felt like a failure was when I didn’t pass my first nursing board exam. That moment crushed me, but I chose not to give up. I studied harder, believed in myself, and eventually passed. I thought that was the start of my nursing career, but life had other plans.

I couldn’t land a stable job in nursing, so I pivoted and became a transcriptionist — thanks to my fast typing skills. To my surprise, I earned even more than nurses at the time and enjoyed the flexibility of working from home. But deep down, I knew it wasn’t enough. I wanted more than just “getting by.” That’s where my entrepreneurial journey began.

I tried multiple business ventures, but most failed — and those failures came at a heavy price. I lost confidence, self-worth, and belief in myself. For nearly five years, I felt stuck in a cycle of negative thoughts: “You’re not good enough. You don’t deserve success. No one will ever trust you again.” My self-value was so crushed that I felt unworthy of a life free from worry, anxiety, and doubt.

A Fresh Start in New Zealand

Moving from the Philippines to New Zealand gave me a chance to start over. I landed a job as a healthcare assistant and felt useful again. Yet, whenever I saw my friends thriving in their nursing careers, I couldn’t help but feel sad. On the outside, I pretended to be fine, but inside, I was struggling. I thought this would be my reality until retirement.

Thankfully, my husband — my number one supporter — kept encouraging me to pursue nursing again. At first, I dismissed the idea. I told myself I wasn’t eligible, I didn’t have the experience, and it was too late. But that quiet voice inside me wouldn’t go away. I surrendered to God and prayed for another chance to live life to the fullest.

That’s when I discovered Marisa Peer’s Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT®) training. Deep down, I knew this was what I had been searching for.

From Nursing to Healing

Before RTT, I had already started to believe in myself again. I found the courage to prepare my papers, push through challenges, and eventually become a registered nurse in New Zealand. It wasn’t easy, but I trusted the timing.

Yet even as a new nurse, something still felt missing. I loved caring for patients, but I often felt unheard. I wanted to contribute more, to bring leadership and new ideas — but whenever I tried, I faced resistance. I didn’t like who I was becoming. Eventually, I made the difficult decision to resign.

I didn’t know what was ahead, but I knew I had to protect my family and myself from a life of quiet frustration.

Finding My True Path with RTT

I joined a few personal development programs along the way, but none felt complete — until RTT. The first webinar I attended struck a chord in me. It aligned perfectly with my life’s journey: the struggles, the resilience, and the deep passion I’ve always had to help people.

From the very first lesson, RTT gave me clarity on life, the mind, and how our beliefs shape our reality. The program was world-class, the support was incredible, and the community I found was priceless. My co-students, mentors, and the people I met along the way inspired me to keep moving forward.

For the first time in a long time, I felt like I had found the perfect vehicle to live my purpose. Not only did I gain healing for myself, but I also found a new career path that allows me to help others do the same.

Why RTT?

If you’re searching for your true purpose…

If you have a heart to serve and help others…

If you want to transform your life from the inside out…

Then RTT could be the exact breakthrough you’ve been waiting for — just as it was for me.

I’m deeply grateful for this journey and excited about the future it has opened up. Life doesn’t have to be defined by failure or fear. With the right tools, healing, and belief, you can create a life of freedom, clarity, and fulfillment.

Takeaway: Sometimes, the hardest failures and darkest seasons of our lives prepare us for the most meaningful breakthroughs. RTT wasn’t just a program for me — it was the start of a new chapter, one where I finally feel aligned with my true self and purpose.
