Clients come to me after years of trying traditional therapy, coaching, or self-help, only to finally experience breakthroughs they never thought possible.

My journey hasn’t been easy.
Years ago, I hit rock bottom. After repeated failures and setbacks, my confidence was shattered. I sank into depression, anxiety, and a painful loss of self-worth. For a long time, I felt stuck—trapped in procrastination, guilt, and fear. Yet deep down, a quiet voice kept whispering: don’t give up.
When I moved to New Zealand together with my husband, I had to start from scratch, rebuilding my nursing career while battling self-doubt. But I knew I was meant for more. Everything changed when I discovered the power of Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT®).
Through RTT®, I uncovered the subconscious patterns that had kept me stuck for years. I finally found the courage to release what no longer served me—guilt, fear, self-doubt—and rewire my mind for confidence, clarity, and purpose.
Today, I’ve transformed my pain into passion. My mission is to help others heal from within, break through limitations, and rise stronger than ever before—so they can step boldly into the extraordinary life they were meant to live.

During an RTT® session, you will be guided into a relaxed state where your subconscious mind becomes more accessible. Together, we uncover and reframe limiting beliefs or past experiences that affect your current life, resulting in lasting transformation.
An RTT® session can be done in-person or online.
As of the moment, I only offer online sessions via Zoom.
RTT® is just as effective through Zoom as it is working face to face. There are only a few subtle differences, such as not being able to touch the client.
RTT® can help with a wide range of emotional, mental, and even behavioural challenges because it works directly with the subconscious mind — the place where old patterns, beliefs, and unprocessed experiences are stored.

RTT® doesn’t treat medical conditions, but it helps release the emotional or subconscious blocks that may contribute to those physical symptoms.
In simple terms:
RTT® helps you understand why you feel the way you feel, process it safely and gently, and rewire your mind so you can live with clarity, calm, confidence, and emotional freedom.
RTT® is a powerful and effective modality for many emotional and behavioural challenges, but it is not appropriate for everyone. For your safety and to ensure the best possible outcome, RTT® Practitioners do not work with clients who:
Have a history of psychosis or schizophrenia
Experience auditory or visual hallucinations
Have dissociative disorders or personality disorders
Have schizoaffective disorder
Have uncontrolled epilepsy
These conditions require specialized medical or psychiatric care.
Hypnosis may trigger or worsen symptoms, which can cause more harm than good.

You may notice immediate positive changes or gradual improvements. Your subconscious mind continues working after the session, reinforcing new, empowering beliefs.
Results can happen in three ways:
Immediate: You feel a shift right away.
Incremental: You notice gradual changes over days or weeks.
Retroactive: You only realize how much you’ve changed when you look back later.
Not at all. Hypnosis is a natural, deeply relaxed state. You are fully aware, cannot be made to do anything against your will, and will remember everything.
You listen to your recording for 21 days because that's how your mind learns, adapts, and transforms.
Each time you listen, your subconscious absorbs the new beliefs more deeply — like watering seeds of change until they take root.
In 21 days, you're not just hearing words; you're training your mind to think, feel, and respond in new empowering ways automatically.
